We provide tailored construction programmes and practical advice on buildability, constructability, and logistics for projects ranging from large-scale developments to utilities and infrastructure. Terence (Terry) Pickerill is a highly accomplished Strategic Planning Strategist with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in schedule management, construction phasing, logistics, and risk mitigation on major global infrastructure and building projects. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Building Technology, he has led planning and controls teams on multi-billion-dollar developments such as Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and the Bahamas Integrated Resort, integrating complex logistics, procurement, and construction strategies. Known for his logical, solution-oriented approach and effective communication, Terry has also provided strategic advisory roles on landmark projects including the Sochi Winter Olympics, Heathrow Airport, and various international hotel and airport developments.

Moreen brings a wealth of leadership and organisational experience to her role as Business Development Assistant at N.O.V8 Consulting Limited. Formerly a Headmistress, Moreen has transitioned into the construction consultancy sector, applying her strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence in a new industry.
